Hello everyone! If you have been keeping up with my Instagram and Facebook pages, you know that I have been on the go lately. I started in Nashville, then came home for a couple of days, only to turn around and fly to Philadelphia, drive to New Jersey, and visit New York! I love love love living out of a suitcase and being a travel bug, and if I could do this all of the time I would. However, I am back now for a while, and have been sleeping ever since I got home whenever I haven’t been working. Lol
So, for this first post today, I want to share my photos from Nashville. Kirk and I have been wanting to meet in Nashville for a while and we were originally going to meet in between both of our birthdays (September 3 and October 20), but we didn’t want to wait that long and have things get in the way, so we booked it early for my birthday. Which worked out in the long run because now I am going to get to spend his birthday with him in California.
Anyways, we stayed in Nashville for four days and had the best time. We ate lots of great food, including pancakes, BBQ, and hot chicken. We saw some great music (which he knows way more about than me) at the Station Inn and the Ryman. We went to the Johnny Cash Museum and watched ‘Walk The Line’ after (one of my top five favorite movies of all time). And my favorite part of the trip, we shopped. I had researched the best vintage stores to visit while in Nashville and we got to visit several. Pre to Post Modern, The Hip Zipper, The Goodbuy Girls, and more. I loved all of them and found awesome things at each one. I highly recommend going around to all of them if you get the chance.
The whole week was amazing and I loved everything about the city. This was my first time getting to experience Nashville and it worked out in my favor since Kirk knew everything about it. We will definitely be going back many times in the future (or I will just to shop vintage ;)).
